Some people say I have a Superpower.
I have an ability to form a systemic factual understanding of large systems no matter how big or seemingly complex: living systems and communities, large organizations, aspects of society, health and social care systems, economies and so on. In fact to me, every outcome is the product of a system
By taking in a sample of information about a situation, points of reference if you like, I am quickly able to extrapolate the functioning of the whole system, with increasing predictive acuracy. With this ability comes an understanding of how to intervene to cause the system to change in beneficial ways with a minimum of effort.
My brain just happens to have wired itself up to do this one thing particularly well.... and it's my duty use it. It feels this ability comes through me rather than is of me.
I also feel I have a responsibility to use this capability well.
I quickly realised (partly from my own experience) that many people are having an unecessarily hard time in their lives and careers, for want of some fairly simple skills and knowledge.
I dedicated my life to this purpose from a young age. At first inadvertently, later more intentionally, I focussed on 6 main areas:
This is my life's work. I've spent my years and all my resources to get this done (with help from more 8,500 colleagues whove been involved in proving & testing).
Now at last the work is ready to share.

But we've gotten some way off path - it's increasingly clear our primary systems need some simple but impactful interventions to help them work (much) better so our health, weath, and quality of life is moving in the right direction and back on track.
Regenesis, the name we've given to the work, is a proven, deeply human collection of intervenions. A growth system designed to help individuals, teams, and organizations create sustainable extra results in relationships, careers, income, and wellbeing. Now we’re launching it to the world. And we need your help.
