About Our Growth and Needs:
We’re already established and making an impact, having supported high-profile events such as Taylor Swift’s concert in Edinburgh, Pink in Glasgow, The Weeknd in Manchester, Rewind Festival in Perth, The Killers in Falkirk, and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, among many others. As we look to expand nationally, we need your support to grow organically and reach more events across the UK.
One of the key challenges we face is transport. Currently, we rely on our workers using their personal vehicles to get to events, which is not only limiting but also inefficient. With the right funding, we plan to purchase two crew minibuses to transport our staff to events across Scotland and Northern England. These minibuses will be used seasonally for events, and outside of event season, they’ll help us transport workers to industrial and construction jobs as well. This will give us the flexibility to travel anywhere in the UK, from Inverness to London, and ensure our teams are always where they need to be.
Additionally, we need a small, affordable office space to facilitate our operations – a place where we can conduct interviews, handle administrative tasks, and manage day-to-day business functions. We don’t need anything extravagant, just a practical, local office that’s easily accessible and allows us to meet with candidates, handle paperwork, and run our business efficiently.
We also plan to hire a local office junior – ideally a school leaver – to assist with administrative tasks, CV reviews, interviews, and general office work. This will free up my time to focus on growing the business through networking, sales, and increasing our client base.
Furthermore, to enhance our visibility and attract more talent, we recognize the need to improve our social media presence. Until now, I’ve been handling it myself, but we need someone with expertise to build and manage our online presence professionally. We’d like to hire a part-time or freelance social media expert who can highlight the unique and exciting nature of the events we work on, showcasing the work we do with great photos, videos, and engaging content.
Where Your Investment Will Go:
Every penny raised will be reinvested directly into the business. I’ve been running this company on a shoestring budget, using a four-year-old Samsung Galaxy and a budget Vodafone plan, alongside my trusty MSI Gaming laptop. I keep expenses minimal, focusing on what truly matters to the growth of the business. We don’t need extravagant office furniture, new tech gadgets, or anything unnecessary – what we need is a reliable transport solution, a local office, and the right people to help us scale and thrive.
