May 2025 marks the 80th anniversary of Victory in Europe (VE) Day, and we have an amazing opportunity to bring Tutbury together for a memorable celebration.
Following on from the huge success of the Coronation celebrations and Platinum Jubilee events, we’re planning a vibrant street party with music, dancing, food, and festivities. It will be a weekend to strengthen community bonds, honour our heritage, and draw visitors which will in turn support local businesses.
To make this vision a reality, we need your help. Organising such an event requires resources for permits, entertainment, safety, and decorations. We are seeking sponsorships and donations of all sizes—every penny counts and will help bring this special event to life.
