Prize Draw - Win a Brit Fest Weekend Pass for two!

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter of this prize draw is Timperley Sports Club Ltd, referred to as "the Promoter" herein. 

2. Eligibility: This prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over

3. Entry Period: The prize draw opens on 11th June 2024 and closes at 12 noon on Thursday 27th June 2024.

4. Fundraising: Any monies raised from this Prize Draw (excluding administration fees from fundraising website) be used by Timperley Sports Club towards the cost of replacing and improving its Blue Artificial Sports Pitch.

5. Entry Methods: To enter the TSC Summer Prize Draw via this Crowdfunder, select one of the entry-ticket options. There is no limit to the number of entries that can be made.

6. Free Entry - No purchase is necessary. To enter the draw for free please write to: Summer Prize Draw, Timperley Sports Club Ltd, Stockport Rd, Timperley, Altrincham, WA15 7LU and include your name, address, email address and contact telephone number.  

7. Postal entries must be sent on a postcard or details shared within a sealed envelope. Maximum one free entry per person.  Entries received on anything other than a postcard or on, or in, an envelope will not be accepted. In the case of multiple entries received in a single envelope or on multiple postcards, only one randomly selected entry will be entered into the promotion. Entries sent by post must be received by the closing date and time. Postal entries without correct and sufficient postage paid will be invalid and will not be entered. Personal and hand deliveries will not be accepted. 

10. Entries with incorrect/insufficient contact details, or from outside the UK, will be not be accepted. 

11. Prizes: The 2 prizes listed are separate, not a bundle: one prize will be selected at random and one winner drawn per prize (there will be 2 winners). Winners will be selected at random from all entries received. 

12. There are no cash or prize alternatives. Prize values are estimated. All expenses incurred in collecting, sending, claiming, fulfilling or using the prizes ( or any other expenses incurred) are excluded. 

13. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree that the prize is awarded on an "as is" basis, and that neither the Timperley Sports Club or prize donating companies make any guarantees, representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the prize.

14. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timperley Sports Club cannot accept responsibility for loss, injury or damage arising from recipients taking a prize or offer, or attending a venue, which they do at their own risk.

15. Draw Date: The winners will be drawn at random on Thursday 27th June 2024 at 7pm. at Timperley Sports Club. Any draw ticket monies received after the closing time and date will be treated as a donation as part of the draw and the tickets will not be entered into the draw.

16. Winner Announcement: The winners will be announced on the TSC website (www.timperley-sports.com); winners will be notified via email by Friday 28th June 2024. Winners must agree to their email address and details being passed to The Brit Fest organisers to issue the tickets by electronically.

17. Publicity: By entering the prize draw, the winners agree to their names being made public on the TSC website and social media platforms.

18. Data Handling: Entry data will be downloaded from Crowdfunder by the Promoter to facilitate the selection of winners. By entering this draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter only for the purposes of the administration of this draw.

19. General: Crowdfunder is not a promoter of this prize draw.

20. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Promoter’s sole opinion) or who, in Promoter’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging entries, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Promoter.

21. By entering into this draw, each entrant consents to these terms and conditions.

22. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

23. Timperley Sports Club reserves the right to vary, alter or terminate this promotion due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control only where circumstances make this unavoidable.

24. The decision of Timperley Sports Club is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
