TRICK PONY Short Film

Aim: A short film exploring toxic youth culture.
Synopsis:
On the verge of escaping addiction, Annie is determined to build a stable life for herself. But when her old friend 'Pony Boy' gets caught up in trouble at a scrapyard with his skittish mate ‘Tummler’, she’s pulled back into the chaos she fought to leave behind. Forced to confront old habits and buried emotions, Annie must decide whether to save Pony or finally break free.
Director's statement:
"Hey I'm Charlie! It's so exciting to be directing my first short film. This script comes from a very personal place and I have really enjoyed writing these weird characters and exploring the chaos of their conflicts in their wild and gross world. It has been amazing collaborating with such a talented crew on pre-production for the past few months and I cannot wait to bring our vision to life. But to do that we really need your help!"

Where will your money be spent?
We are super lucky to be working with such talented actors from all across the UK but sadly Falmouth is at the end of the earth. The majority of our budget will be used to get them here and keep them safe, cosy, warm and well fed!
