Tree planting 2025-26 on Mount Pleasant Road, SE13

We, the residents of Mount Pleasant Road, successfully fundraised to plant three new trees on our street in winter 2024/25 (these have just been planted in the first week of March - quite late!); and two before that in winter 2019/20.

We did it with Street Trees for Living, a local charity that liaises with residents and the council to organise the planting of trees in locations where there is support from residents:

The cost of a healthy two year old tree and insurance is £395 (funded by residents and sponsors); the council takes care of planting.

Let's see if we can pool the funds to plant another tree in winter 2025/26!
