Aim: Help me and others harness Nutrition to make a difference.
Folks,
Please support me in my quest to improve my knowledge of nutrition and it's power to act as a medicine. My background in research indicates to me that there is a lack of both research and guidance of how nutrition can help you.
My latest area of exploration and a may say with some success, measured by self reports, is Time Restricted Eating ( re Dr David Sinclair - Harvard Uni) and therefore Nutritional Therapy. I would like to explore this area and be able to advise fellow folk of the benefits of Nutrition.
To do this I need to increase my knowledge and the best courses and most creditable is the Institute of Performance Nutrition Diploma. I have just been accepted on the August cohort and would like to do that.
I need your help to raise the fees and expenses which are £7,100.
