Treatment for Alopecia Areata

I have been diagnosed with Alopecia Areata and I have found treatment which will cost £1500 to save my hair which I need help in raising. I have 5 bald spots on my head 1 is at the top and 1 is on the right side of my head above my ear I also have 1 on the right side of my head above my eye and a small one at the bottom of my neck on the left and 1 small one above my ear on the right.
