Trauma therapy training

Aim: To complete advanced trauma training with an aim to support clients with post-traumatic stress difficulties more effectively.

• I have worked in the field of mental health for two decades and have been a psychotherapist for the past 16 years. 
• I've seen a large increase in trauma and traumatic loss over the recent years and I am hoping to complete specialist (EMDR) trauma training in the coming months so that I can support people more effectively. 
• I've not been able to access this training to date as I don' have the funds. I'll be very grateful for any support and donations people can make. 
• I hope to set up a non-for-profit organisation in the near future, with an aim to offer accessible and relevant therapy to those who need it. Having this training is a crucial first step on that journey.
