We want to transform the world of work in every single organisation in the world by using the global objective ISO standards for HR

We will enable every organisation to change its working practices by using ISO Standards to help it transform from good to great! Increasingly, organisations must now report and disclose publicly many aspects of their workforce. 

We will come to the rescue of stressed and busy HR directors with a brand-new solution to the ever-increasing demands for transparency and accountability.

We will research, develop, and launch a new and unique SaaS App that automatically produces regulatory-compliant HR reports - at the touch of a button!


The ISO HR Audit framework provides an easy way for every organisation to transform its practices and procedures on the exciting journey towards excellence.

We have always been at the cutting-edge of sustainability, and are remote, global, and paperless - and the world's first Lead Auditor in the field. 

We are excited about our reputation to influence the future of work, and have been working for the past 5 years in helping organisations to embrace the possibilities of HR digitisation and analytics. Already we have worked with organisations worldwide to gain certification, and they have seen the opportunities for dramatic changes in their HR functions. As a UK representative on the ISO Technical Committee, we have been involved in the writing and revision of many ISO HR Standards.

The USA, the EU, and Japan are amongst a number of areas that are requiring the mandatory public reporting and disclosure of organisations' HR. ISO 30414 provides the ideal framework.


We have learned that a major barrier is the lack of awareness of the Standards. Therefore, I have been involved in many meetings each week, together with webinars and podcasts. Since the pandemic, we have been contacted as a major thought-leader to hold Masterclasses internationally, and recently gave a keynote presentation in Kuala Lumpur to 1,000 senior HR managers and directors.

The funds will be used entirely for organisational development and growth. No salaries have ever been paid, and the directors have never drawn any dividends.
