Training Support and Business Skills for Youth

I have over 20 years in business and the education and training market. In this time I have worked with many industries, businesses and individuals. While there are Qualifications and training, often these fall short of what the candidates need and want. The approach is bound by Government Bureaucracy, compliance and red tape which means that the person/s that wants and needs the training, support and guidance (with a friendly ear), for those that are most at risk and in need fall through the cracks. I have seen so many people between 18 and 24 particularly who need mentorship (The time required for an individual varies and therefore it is important that individuals get the support they need for the time they required it), purpose in a meaningful program but the system falls short. We want our program to be tailored to the individual with the level of support that will allow them to have some hope of succeeding. We propose to register as Independent Training Provider and offer structured programs that incorporate tailored levels of support that allow young people including those at risk to gain Qualifications in a structured environment while working with them to identify and work to future goals including starting their own businesses. When I think of some of the people I have worked with that have been lost and just needed that extra support, I genuinely believe that for the most part they would have had a better chance of changing their situation and becoming more productive members of society. We will use the funds to finish the set up of our programs and the employment of further staff able to offer the support required to assist our candidates to go on and be the very best they can.
