By funding us through Nectar points, The Switch (Tower Hamlets Education Business Partnership) can continue it's important work in the East End of London, inspiring students to learn more, do more, and become more. Our aim is to improve the employability of disadvantaged young people and drive forward social mobility by challenging the cycle of inter-generational unemployment and deprivation that still exists in the borough. Our programmes utilise business volunteers from local employers to deliver effective, high quality interventions designed to raise pupils’ aspirations, develop vital skills and prepare them for the world of work.
