Our mission at TOT is to introduce guests the hospitality of Eastern Europe while including English ingredients and dishes. We are dedicated to offering an immersive experience, where every guest is treated like family and every dish is an interesting take on Eastern European casual cooking. With our warm hospitality, cozy ambiance, carefully curated menu and natural wine offering, we aim to create a place where locals can enjoy themselves and experience something different.
As someone born and raised in Eastern Europe and now residing in the vibrant city of London, I have the unique opportunity to embrace the best of both worlds. Focusing on Eastern European flavors and carefully blending it with British techniques and ingredients is not only creating a truly unique experience but also fostering a cultural exchange that is important to us. Our mission is to celebrate the harmony between flavors and ingredients from both regions, resulting in a menu that is both innovative and comforting.
We believe that food has the power to bring people together, and our warm and inviting atmosphere reflects this philosophy. TOT is a place where everyone is welcomed whether you are joining us for a casual dinner or a special occasion. We invite you to a gastronomical adventure where tradition meets innovation.
Our vision at TOT is to be the premier destination in London. We strive to create a welcoming environment where guests can embark on a journey discovering diverse traditions, regional specialties and cultural heritage. We are inspired by the casual, home cooking of Eastern European families, where each dish has a story and bring up a memory. Through our menu we want to transport our guests to a street food stand in the heart of Budapest, to a grandmother’s kitchen in Nesvady, Slovakia, to a hidden eatery in St Petersburg, and a casual café in Warsaw.
Beyond exceptional food and drink, we aspire to create an atmosphere that celebrates connections. Our knowledgeable staff will guide guests, sharing stories and recommendations, ensuring that each visit is not just a meal but a memorable experience.
Furthermore, we envision ourselves as a place for cultural exchange, hosting events, workshops and collaborations that celebrate arts and music. We strive to be a gathering place for anyone who has appreciation for hospitality and want to have a great time.
