I have been studying ayurveda and holistic health for some time. A mum of 23 years, I have seen the depletion in funding for wellbeing services to our children and an increase in mental health issues in our young. I believe bringing yoga, meditation and mindfulness to our children and reconnecting them to the world will benefit them immensely. I believe also that this will give them the tools they need through life to help manage their emotions and general mental health.
They are our future and we must nurture them with all that we know can help them.
