To escape mental harm

I have been being harassed by my neighbours for 12 years now with a huge multitude of car and house crime, daily harassment, threats, threats with swords, knives and rottweiler ls let out on my kids and no one helps stop it, they just let him do it as now he is disabled, they let him get away with it before he was disabled to as I didn't have a cctv camera, even having evidence of his gypsy friends at the door holding a knife wasn't enough. I am at my wits end and am trying to raise funds to private rent so that me and my kids can escape this situation very fast. I don't like asking for community help but I am desperate now. These people have already completely ruined our lives and they still want more a d nothing stops them
