We're still collecting donations
On the 30th August 2024 we'd raised £1,551 with 21 supporters in 16 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
We’re raising money to make our gym an even better, more accessible place to be!

On the 30th August 2024 we'd raised £1,551 with 21 supporters in 16 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
Extra money raised will go towards helping us secure a new floor and hopefully towards helping us access a new building!
We are a CIC run gymnastics club based in Bradford. We operate 6 days out of the week and have classes open to all ages, stages and abilities!
Our club are crowdfunding in hope to raise some much needed funds in order to purchase new equipment for our gymnasts. We are also looking to refurb the current building we are in until we can find a newer, bigger, better building to help our gymnasts flourish. TK Gymfit is based in Bradford which is the 5th most income deprived cities in the UK. Because of this - our prices are more affordable than most of our competitors to enable everyone to partake in the sport. We are a CIC which means any money we do gain - must then be put straight back into the club through bills, costs of coaches, merchandise etc. Therefore crowdfunding will really expand our ability to purchase some much needed newer equipment.
One of our main goals by raising this money is to put towards a proper spring floor, a better beam area, some new bars and a lot of much needed preschool equipment!
The community surrounding TK are largely impacted as we don’t just offer gymnastics sessions to set ages/abilities. We also offer preschool sessions, adult class sessions, neurodiverse sessions and homeschool sessions. These classes can be the essential part of someone’s day. Whether that’s to exercise, have a change of scenery, socialise with others or just to do something they love. We also rent our facilities out to cheer schools, martial arts clubs and also to families to run parties!
There are four simple ways to help us reach our target, and make this project a reality.
1. Make a pledge. Don’t delay if you’re going to support us because momentum is key to our success!
2. Spread the word. Share our project on your social media pages and tell the world to get behind us! The more people we reach, the more support we will get.
3. Offer rewards. Get involved if you are a local business by donating things we can offer to our supporters. We will give you a shout out!
4. Fundraise for us. If you want to run your own fundraiser – maybe a sponsored activity or similar – use the 'contact project' button at the top of our page to let us know. Setting up your own page only takes a few minutes and you won’t need any bank details. Just a fun idea!
