After being recently called up by the GB Wrestling squad my aim is to continually improve myself, to eventually compete at international competitions and ultimately my dream would be to qualify for the commonwealth and 2028 Olympic games in Los Angeles.
GB coach says Theo has burst onto the wrestling scene in a short space of time, in under three years he has gone from strength to strength and as a result has been called up by the GB national team.
Theo has competed in many competitions always gaining a podium finish, in his last two competitions the Ulster championships in Ireland and the Derbyshire open he's taken the Gold medal realising some of his huge potential.
Theo's heart is set on competing for Great Britain on the world stage ultimately targeting the 2028 Olympics.
For him to achieve this and perform at the highest level we have to prepare him for the frequent international events, to do this he will need all the financial support he can get. The list of competitions and foreign training camps are very demanding and expensive.
With the GB squad Theo has an obligation to attend events, this places a large financial pressure on his family. Theo has reached the pinnacle of his sport quickly and is extremely proud to represent Great Britain unfortunately in the UK, wrestling receives practically zero funding, this causes difficulties to push forward and compete, there are also mandatory GB kits, wrestling training gear and boots, GB training sessions and local club fee’s which all add extra expense.
Theo says, any financial support and sponsorship would be greatly appreciated and would enable me to perform at my very best and would help keep me committed to the demanding requirements from the GB squad, it would be great to think that people out there are supporting me and helping me to achieve my goals.
In turn I will endeavour to support any company that would be interested in long-term sponsorship deal.
Thank you very much for taking the time to view and read my post.
Once again any support will be greatly appreciated.
Theo Bradley
