Like many charities, the cost of living crisis continues to put a large strain on us as a small charity. We are determined to persist through these challenging times, aware that the need for our services is only growing, but need your help to do so.
This Christmas, could you give the gift of movement by helping us reach our £2,000 goal? Your donation will fund the continuation of our weekly exercise sessions for survivors of homelessness, domestic violence, sexual exploitation and correlated disadvantages. With your support, we are hoping to be able to provide 1,000 free trauma informed exercise sessions for survivors in 2025.
