Aim: To raise funding for our "LETS TALK ABOUT IT" Tour 2025/26

Hello

My name is Jo and I'm the founder of The Lion Theory Project

I Started offending at 8 years of age and was a persistent offender for a lot of my young adult life. I have been to prison a few times during my life.

I am a leading expert in my field.

From a young age, I have had a life long fascination for behaviour.

I ran trauma resilience programs in the community for 20 years and have worked in front line job roles on at risk teams, in the homeless sector and in the drug services.

After studying how the substance misuse recovery model worked, I wanted to build a recovery  program for past childhood trauma.

In 2019 the Lion theory was created and with it a framework that actually worked. The same year; my work went in front of the Youth and Crime committee, at the House of Commons. The feedback was amazing.

Finally after years of studying and a lifelong quest to find something that actually had an impact on the trauma....

The Lion Program was born.

In memory of all those butterflies who got their wings too early

I have spent years running  the program in my community and wanted to make the workshops more available to a larger online audience.

Within my research work I discovered the childhood trauma created dual autism and ADHD behavioural pathways with high levels of dyslexia present.

To find out more about the research or science work please visit our website for more information and a free download of all my work in this field.

I'm looking to raise £850 to go towards marketing and funding our for coming tour "LETS TALK ABOUT IT"

The Lion Theory project offers a free online program that centres around making positive behavioural pathways and learning to be aware of our senses using mindful and congitive tools.

We offer training to health professionals working in the field to raise awareness of their knowledge and understanding of the field.

We also proved a free hub, with the latest congitive coping tools and advice and sign posting for anyone suffering from past childhood trauma.

The funding is also needed for travelling expenses  for our for coming LETS TALK ABOUT IT  2025/26 Tour.

Where we will be travelling the university campus with our mental health revolution.

The "lets talk about it" tours main  purpose is to education and create a better understanding of the effects of childhood trauma behaviour and offending in the professional field.

The educational workshop will contain the following and last for 90 mins. Allowing undergraduate to have a deeper understanding of the behaviour around offending and childhood trauma.
