The Grub Hub is a new community food cupboard open to anyone living in Shieldaig and along the Applecross Coast Road.
Located outside Shieldaig Village Hall, The Grub Hub will be stocked with essential groceries and household items, and it will be available 24/7. We hope to have The Grub Hub up and running by Friday, 8th May 2020.
We know that physically donating food items may be difficult right now, but we also know we live in a very generous community that wants to help their neighbours out when they can.
So, to help us provide as many essential groceries and household items as possible in The Grub Hub, we have created this page for our amazing community to be able to donate funds towards the cost of stock for the Hub. No donation is too big or too small, and all funds will be used to keep The Grub Hub stocked both now and in the future.
If you can physically donate, we can accept new, unopened and in date goods for The Grub Hub, and there are plastic boxes outside the following locations:
- Shieldaig General Stores
- The Wee Gift Shed (Baile Shuas)
