Terms & Conditions of Sutton Hoo Ship’s Company Prize Draw
1. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter is the Sutton Hoo Ship’s Company, Registered Charity, Registration number 1175475
3. All data will be handled in line with the Sutton Hoo Ship’s Company’s privacy policy which can be found on our website (www.saxonship.co.uk)
Eligibility
4. Entry is permitted from anywhere in the World as long as this does not breach local regulations.
5. Anyone entering the prize draw accepts that in the event that they win a prize, they are responsible for their own travel to and from Woodbridge, Suffolk (and that of their guest), including complying with any visa requirements.
7. Entrants must be 18-years of age or over by 6th November 2024.
Entry Requirements and Entry Period
8. Paid entry to the prize draw is available via Crowdfunder and will cost £10 for a single entry, £100 for 12 entries or £250 for 30 entries.
9. Multiple entries per person are permitted, but only one prize will be given.
10. For a free entry by post to the prize draw, Prize Draw Entry, Sutton Hoo Ship’s Company, The Longshed, Tide Mill Way, Woodbridge IP12 1FP
11. The prize draw opens at 12:00 midday on 6th November 2024 and closes at 12:00 midday on 10th December 2024. Any entries received after the Entry Period will not be accepted.
13. The Sutton Hoo Ship’s Company is not responsible for any delays in postal delivery by Royal Mail.
The Draw and The Prize Winners
14. The draw will take place after midday 10th December 2024 (the ‘Draw Date’).
15. Once the Entry Period is closed, each individual valid entry will be entered into the draw.
16. On the Draw Date the administrator of the draw the Sutton Hoo Ship’s Company will use a random number generator to select one prize winner from the valid entries.
17. A second number will be chosen at random in case the Prize winner is not contactable within 21 days or is disqualified.
18. The draw winner will be contacted directly to arrange a suitable date for their visit and to discuss their itinerary.
