We aim to run Free Virtual Smart Working Programme for Bosses so you don't have to go back to the office when lockdown ends!

We're still collecting donations

On the 12th May 2020 we'd raised £40 with 3 supporters in 28 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.

The Future Smart Workforce

Six years ago I became wheelchair bound after an operation and realised just how much talent cannot do the commute 5 days a week.

Despite an ongoing disability, I am CEO of the Smart Working Revolution.

We want to encourage Business Leaders to implement a smart workforce model with plenty of options, hub, mobile, remote and office – or flexible contracts and hours - after lockdown is over! We can't go back to the dark ages.

Plus, there are also going to be millions of vulnerable people who will still have to self isolate even after lockdown ends. and we want them to be part of UK pls too.

We have been implementing Smart Workforce Models, including Remote Working, for 20 Years. Our Clients were ready for Lockdown - but many others were not. We don't want those businesses going back to those old fashioned traditions and presenteeism.

Smart Towns and Villages

We want to raise money so that we can run free online and virtual Feasibility Workshops that help Leaders work out what options will work for their business and customers and what will not - so that more people with disabilities, carers, parents and those who live in remote areas be a part of the UK Workforce.

When adopted widely, the impact of Smart Working on society will be powerful in ensuring inclusion and diversity, delivering environmental benefits and a more family orientated culture.

For Business Leaders it will mean they can reduce their overheads and operating costs by reducing office space.  This will provide be much needed savings as organisations begin to build their businesses back up again.

Every donation gets a reward of one of our remote working packages to help them get through the crisis.

You can also nominate your CEO for a Feasibility Workshop if you donate now.
