The Sapphire Community Group

RCN 1196142, London

We have over 6 years experience working in Southwark, Islington, Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Lewisham, Greenwich, Camden, and Lambeth. We have worked with over 5000 young people till date, especially those from minority and disadvantaged backgrounds. The Sapphire Community Group (The Sapphire Foundation) aims to equip young people to not only be their best version of themselves but also inspire them to have a genuine insight of what they would like to pursue in the near future. More importantly, the community group is put in place to have to make a major contribution in order to give a voice to the voiceless; this is done by providing a platform for young people to find and understand more about their callings. We are an organisation that aims to restore, revive and rebuild a divided generation. We are an organisation that accepts everyone and encourages individuals to be their truest selves. We work with 5-30-year-olds around the world and we instill the message of love but most of all worth it. We are an organisation that seeks to empower and stabilise a segregated community. The sole purpose of The Sapphire Community Group is to build people up. Moreover, to ensure that each individual finds what they are meant to do in life. Through mentoring, coaching, literature, entertainment, events and workshops; we aim to provide a platform and pathway for young people all over the world to find what they're calling. Additionally, we will attempt to help each individual believe that they can create a change for the extraordinary. We aim to teach and inspire individuals to believe in themselves and see their full potential.

We aim to inspire, empower and motivate vulnerable young BAME women aged 15 to 30 years. We aim to break the chain of mediocrity and educate the next generation of successful leaders. We aim to create a network of young women where we can teach, train, mentor and equip them to do the impossible! A home for young women coming together! A place where we cultivate hope and build a bridge to achieve dreams. Welcome to the academy for the Glass Ceiling Breakers. SFN is needed in the world to help build bridges between young disadvantaged women on all levels through networking, mentoring, and knowledge sharing. These bridges can assist with women's advancement, improved work-life balance, and workplace satisfaction.
