THE RINGSFIELD HALL TRUST

RCN 1093404, Beccles

The Ringsfield Hall Trust provides a welcoming space to support the physical, emotional and spiritual development of children and young people by enabling them to experience, connect with and learning about nature, develop their sense of self and deepen their connection to each other, their communities and the environment.

THE RINGSFIELD HALL TRUST

The charity core aims are to provide day and residential opportunities for children and families from all areas, inclusive of cities, rural communities and areas of deprivation; to support individuals suffering from physical and mental health issues, by providing nature based experiences; to foster the importance of healthy eating and active lifestyle, and their impact on health and well-being; to highlight the urgent need to learn and commit to sustainable living and our responsibility to look after the world; to provide people with the opportunity to build resilience, discover more about who they are and encourage development of their spirituality.

We deliver tailored experiential and immersive environmental education programmes to help inspire care for the planet and all its life forms. We offer child-led programmes that encourage imagination, problem solving and the development of team skills and leadership. We aim to create a relational and experiential space for children, young people and teachers; respectful, empathic and non-judgemental. The goal is to relate to the whole child, provide the freedom to play as well as learn and be creative, to build character and to reconnect with self, each other and the world as well as provide opportunities for reflection and wonder.

At the Centre we have a unique opportunity to provide the right conditions for children and adults of all ages to develop positive relationships in a loving and safe environment with positive activities which enables us all to thrive.

Our magical grounds offer a safe, secure site with freedom to explore 14.5 acres, with an art barn, playing field, a tree house, animals, woodlands, meadows, and wild spaces, home cooked food and a great space to stay in the Victorian house.

The grounds of Ringsfield Hall are carefully managed to encourage bio-diversity and interactions with nature, demonstrating how we can care for creation and establishing bonds between self, others and the environment.

Donations will help us to fund residential opportunities for disadvantaged children and to set up our new therapeutic project which will involve offering 1:1 or small groups therapy sessions to local children in need.
