The Opening of The Edge Deli!

Hello, Everyone!

As many of you may have heard over the past year, we are excited to announce our plans for a new café location. The Edge Deli!! This venture will take a slightly different approach from the classic Edge Eatery on the high street. While we remain committed to the same quality and attention to detail that our regulars have come to know and love. We will be focusing it on more of a Deli / Bakery / Café vibe.

For this project, we will be partnering with the wonderful Abbie and Brendon at Hexagon Business Centres in their new office space, which includes co-working facilities!
If you are interested in renting a co-working space, please reach out, and we can connect you with the right people. Its filling up quickly!

This initiative marks a new chapter for us, as we will be catering to some of their fantastic tenants while also offering a large retail section featuring some amazing local products. We are also excited to announce our entry into the baking scene—an idea we have been considering for quite some time.

The funds we raise will directly support our setup costs. Including Equipment, Furniture, Uniforms etc...

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN & WHERE WE AIM TO BE

You may remember our charming little green trailer from 2019. Every time I look at it, I feel a pang of nostalgia, as it holds some incredibly fond memories for us.

We have come a long way since then and have no intention of stopping anytime soon. We’ve always dreamed of expanding into various areas of hospitality while striving to produce everything we sell ourselves. This vision includes @Theedgeatlils, with its evening bar and street food vibe; @Theedgecampervanrental for your Edge holiday experience; @Theedgetaqueria for festivals and events; and soon, @theedgedeli, featuring a bakery, wholefoods & deli shop.

The Edge truly reflects who we are. It embodies everything we love, from exciting camping trips to relaxed brunches. Every day, our dreams are becoming a reality, and we are thrilled to bring you along on our journey!


HOW THE CROWDFUNDING WORKS: 

Crowdfunding is a new venture for us, and to be honest, we feel a bit nervous, as we are not accustomed to asking for help. We want to emphasize that we are not seeking a handout. Instead, we plan to raise funds through selling vouchers.

When purchasing a voucher please add in the description contact info including name and Email address. Also, if this is a gift for someone please comment the name you would like on the voucher. 

Below is a list of the Vouchers you can purchase from us which can be redeemed at any point AFTER the conclusion of the crowdfunding programme.

Vouchers:

• £400: One coffee per day for one year at any of our locations
• £200: Bottomless Brunch for 6 People at The Edge At Lils 
• £150: VIP Card - 20% off food and drink in any location 
• £60: Meal for two with a bottle of wine or Prosecco at The Edge at Lils. 
• £40: Meal for two at The Edge Eatery Ltd 
• £20: Voucher to spend at any location
• £10: Voucher to spend at any location

  - All Vouchers are valid for 1 Year from January 2025.
  - With all meal vouchers Please specify when booking online that it is a voucher.
  - VIP Card only valid for personal use and for food and drink only - does not apply to whole tables or retail products.
