The Mud Shack

Aim: Our mission is to fuel Highland adventures with exceptional coffee and comforting treats

After graduating university, I was feeling a little lost - years of being in the hospitality industry in the city had worn me down and the corporate life certainly wasn’t for me. So, I have decided to pack up my life, buy a van, and hit the road. That's where I need your help. I aim to raise money to afford a mobile food truck with coffee equipment to help me get started on my journey. I have no funding so far and would love to get this project up and running as soon as possible.

I realised my passion is bringing people joy with my baked goods and a catch up over coffee, so I dedicated myself to creating The Mud Shack — a company where I could truly pour my heart and soul. The Mud Shack is a startup mobile coffee company dedicated to serving high-quality coffee and freshly baked homemade goods to hikers and outdoor enthusiasts in the picturesque Scottish Highlands, provide a much-needed pick-me-up at key trailheads and scenic locations. Born from a desire to escape the corporate world and embrace a passion for hospitality and the outdoors.
