My name is Ella, and I’m on a mission to raise awareness about mental health through The Mind Plan Journal. Having experienced anxiety firsthand and being in recovery from alcohol abuse for the past four years, I understand the challenges of managing mental health.

The Mind Plan Journal is a supportive tool designed to help you navigate your journey. It features Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) questions to break down thoughts, a “Mind Plan Recycling Centre” for reframing negativity, goal-setting exercises, monthly challenges, and affirmations to boost self-esteem.

I envision creating an open space for individuals to discuss their journeys and find comfort in shared experiences. Your support will help cover production costs, allowing me to provide a high-quality resource that empowers people on their mental health journeys.

I want to break the stigma surrounding mental health and cultivate a safe space for everyone to share their experiences.
