Everybody Loves a Meerkat! Cute intuitive little things that you can't help watching hoping for a snuggle.
Unfortunately Many people think they can house meerkats in there homes leading to meerkat deaths and owners being overwhelmed by what these animals need.
We are looking to rescue many of these and also give a space where people who want to purchase them to live at home can be educated and hopefully use our space before placing a exotic animal in a domestic environment.
well we want to make this happen, By Creating the UK'S Fist Meerkat Cafe
We currently occupy a large industrial unit in Lancashire.
Our Goal is to convert this into a Home for meerkats, Along with a wrap around cafe and also 2x Air bnbs which will overlook the meerkats enclosure for the ultimate experience!
We have spent many years researching - Looking after - Homing meerkats and we think that now the UK Is ready for such an attraction.
We will offer daily feeding opportunity's - Experiences - Outdoor seating area facing the outdoor enclosure to eat lunch with the Animals. or just sit inside overlooking the inside enclosure whilst you eat.
To top it off, we will have 2x Air bnb style flats above the enclosures with glass floors so you can watch the animals whilst you fall asleep
We are also enquiring regarding a 24h streaming service for the meerkats along with many other options from adopting to birthday parties.
To make this happen we need to convert our warehouse to a liveable area for these animals which is no easy or cheap task - We have set aside £100,000 of our money to make this happen but your donations will help us make this an amazing place for these adorable creatures.
We have already arranged all necessary licences and are awaiting our zoo licence
