The Laura Centre was started 30 years ago with the specific aim of supporting adults who have lost a child or a child who has lost a parent or sibling. The service is open to all and is free which makes donations and other financial support key to maintaining this level of support. The service is offered in a comfortable and emotionally supportive environment in keeping with modern technology, we also offer telephone and video counseling. Losing a child or a parent is one of the most traumatic events that anyone can experience. The support offered by The Laura Centre helps people to learn how to live with this devastating event.
