The Lancashire Festival 2025

Aim: A low cost music and arts festival initiative to work with local musicians, bands and children's entertainers.
The Lancashire Festival started way back in 2016, under the name of "Mad Hatters Tea Party" - what a pleasure it has been since then to bring you LancsFest - a totally local festival.
To date, LancsFest has been a community entity, a programme of diverse music and arts entiwned with local business, delicious food and ice cold drinks - either brewed or distilled in Lancashire!
For 2025 we have a list of expenses as long as you can believe, some are infrastructure costs, legal costs and entertainment costs.
We're asking for help to cover costs below;
- Live entertainment: £5,000
- Main stage hire: £1,500
- Stage technician: £300
- Power facilities: £500
- Legal costs: £600
- Toilets: £500
- Stewards: £1,500
- Medical staff: £400
- Security staff £400
- Marketing: £500
- Website: £200
