Hi! We're Martha and Bea, two young female filmmakers who set out to make The Guest List, a stylish mystery thriller set on a private jet. Ambitious? Absolutely. Glamorous? For about five minutes. Then things got... interesting.
We had a clear vision, a great cast, and what we thought was solid financial backing. But our financier? Let’s just say they mistook our age for naïveté. They disappeared halfway through the process, leaving us with a half-made film and a mountain of confusion.
But here’s the thing, we desperately do not want to give up. We’re still deep in the process of bringing this film to life, and we’re not about to let someone else’s lack of faith stop us.
With your support, we can cover the final stages of production, finishing the shoot, post-production, and everything in between. Every bit helps, and every backer becomes part of the story we’re determined to tell.
