Synopsis

Sam is struggling with intense guilt and grief after a car accident that resulted in the death of his best friend. He works a mundane office job and finds little solace in his daily routine. His partner is supportive, but Sam feels like a burden, unable to move past the trauma.

Seeking help, Sam begins therapy with Dr. Evelyn Hart, a compassionate and experienced therapist. Despite her efforts, Sam finds it difficult to engage fully in the sessions, haunted by flashbacks of the accident and overwhelmed by guilt. Dr. Hart encourages him to document his feelings and work on therapy exercises, but progress is slow.

One night, while waiting at a bus stop, Sam receives a text message from a work colleague with a photo of him and his deceased friend. Overcome with emotion, he looks up and momentarily sees his friend standing across the street. Shaken, he notices a bar sign and decides to enter, seeking distraction. Inside, he meets a Stranger, who engages him in a deep and lengthy conversation about life, death, healing, and time. The Stranger's words resonate with Sam, challenging his beliefs and pushing him to confront his inner turmoil. Its mystery encounter in a mysterious setting, with a mysterious person but it places Sam on a path towards healing and self-discovery. But who is this stranger?
