Hi. My name is Kim and I am the organisor of the Glastonbury Mural Trail. I voluntarily run this project with the help of a few other people and the support of a large collection of artists.

Our main objective is to create a variety of quality artworks in the town of Glastonbury for all to enjoy. Since the official launch of the Trail in 2019 we have managed to paint over 26 new murals. The most recent being a super sized rural landscape with cows and wildlife by Jon Minshull which was featured on BBC points west.

Based on the feedback we receive from our community and visitors to the town, we beleive that what we do brings joy and happiness to a wide demographic of people. Our trail encourages people to spend time walking outdoors, providing a source of inspiration and supporting local creative culture. It also has the potential to drastically improve deprived areas of the town.

We receive no public funding, our work is supported entirely through donations from the public and local businesses. Our team work voluntarily and our artists work at vastly reduced rates.

We have a selection of walls (including some rather large ones) with permission for new artworks and a list of artists waiting to paint. We would like to raise enough money to create a variety of new murals in all parts of the town and also to repair and maintain some of our existing murals.

The Mural Trail is free for anyone to enjoy. It enhances the visual landscape of the town, brings joy to the local community and adds another layer of interest for visitors and tourists.

We would love to be able to make it bigger and better and with your support we will be able to continue our work and improve the trail.

Donations of all sizes are important and appreciated. If you have enjoyed our murals, or plan to enjoy them in the future please consider contributing. We have also come up with a series of rewards as a thank you, and will be adding more over the course of our crowdfunder.
