My partner and I have been in hospitality for over 20 years, and we are now considering establishing our own establishment. We envision a restaurant that will offer fresh cut fries, from all fresh ingredients and local produce and meets so we can support the local business and never frozen. We aim to serve large portions of loaded fries and wings and have special seasonal offering. There is a significant presence of corner chicken shops, but we have a vision and we wish to expand our presence and beat the big brands. We know what the menu will be and even how our restaurant is going to look(clean lines with vibrent colours) We have a location in the city centre of Liverpool is ideal, but we require substantial funding for the premises and equipment (property rent, kitchen equipment and etc)
