Ceit, Emily, Adam, Chris is fundraising for Safe Passage International Charity No. 1179608

DELAYED UNTIL JULY DUE TO WEATHER
The four of us are undertaking a challenge of physical endurance to raise money for Safe Passage, a charity that aims to provide safety and security to families across the world seeking refuge from the plight of their own native countries.
Safe Passage have been active in campaigning for refugee rights and their legal teams work to help child refugees reunite with their families through a safe route to a place where they can rebuild their lives. See below for their latest work.
What are we doing?
We aim to climb the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales, within 24 hours (Ben Nevis, Scarfell Pike, and Snowdonia) . The total walking distance is 23 miles (37km) and the total ascent is 3064 metres (10,052ft).
Who are we?
Ceit - Junior Doctor in London. Young, fun and full of optimism for the scramble ahead. Very tall so hoping to complete challenge in 13 steps
Em - Another Junior Doctor in London. Small and bubbly like a pocket size aero - terrified she won't make it out of the car park
Chris - The walking juxtaposition - long hair surfer, nature runs through his veins - but if you think he's doing any walking without an oat flat white brewed using Rwandan beans you've got another thing coming.
Adam - Silent but deadly - this guy could do the three peaks in his sleep. Likely to complete challenge in nothing but his shorts and cap.
Here is the letter that Safe Passage and over 100 Afghan activists have written to the Prime Minister asking the Government to help Afghans evacuated to the UK bring family to join them in safety:
