The preservation and continuation of a unique, never before digitised database of historic images, telling stories of forgotten ancestors.

by The Forgotten Family Project in United Kingdom

The Forgotten Family Project is a database of historical portraits and other historical British photographs. The purpose of TFFP is to identify people in historical images, telling their stories and allowing their ancestors and the world to know who they were. The images on this site make up a private collection curated by Natasha Davison, founder of TFFP. Many of these images have never before been digitised, making the project a unique and valuable source of British history.

Natasha Dedicates hours of genealogical research into efforts to identify people within the images she collects, telling their valuable stories to be hopefully appreciated by current and future generations. This is understandably a mammoth task and thus any help is always greatly appreciated. TFFP rely on donations to purchase images and undertake research.
