Mark Powell trades under ‘The Event Manager’.
He sells entertainment tickets to events such as theatre, concerts (including Taylor Swift and Celine Dion) and sports events but does not deliver. He keeps the money leaving those who purchased tickets out of pocket (in the thousands).
Mark Powell has taken advantage of too many people who have spent their hard-earned cash on experiences to last a lifetime only leaving them thousands of pounds worse off with no delivery of what they paid for. It is fraud and despite all of those he has conned, he continues to operate his business, taking money off more and more victims who want to live their dreams but are left with a nightmare.
The story is the same with all his victims: when the tickets don’t appear, he promises a refund which never appears. As his victims are hard-working individuals, they do not have the funds to take him to court so end up losing the money. This has happened again and again, meaning Mark Powell has stolen thousands of pounds and is getting away with it.
This Crown Fund is to raise money to engage with a legal team to take the directors of the The Event Manager to court as this is FRAUD and is illegal. Victims may not get a penny back but can be assured The Event Manager will never trade again and take advantage of others. They will no longer live a lavish life at their victim’s cost.
Any donation helps towards us seeking justice and we, the victims, will engage as a group to seek legal advice and take this matter to court and get the directors in front of a judge.
Any money left after our action will be donated to the NHS.
