About Kids' Village
We've set out on a mission to build a unique holiday village, just for critically ill children and their families – a first in the UK!
For families of children facing critical illness, every moment counts. But in between hospital visits, round-the-clock care, and the unpredictable twists of each day, life can feel lonely and overwhelming. As a parent your relationships are under stress too: your social life is probably non-existent, your work may have to take a back seat or just not be possible at all and you live within a cloud. Life for a child with a critical illness is seriously tough; tough for the child, tough for the parents and tough for all of the family around. It’s a time of strain, pressure, fear, financial worries … and sometimes it’s tough to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
At Kids' Village, we are creating a magical haven where sick children can rediscover the joys of childhood, and families can reconnect and build cherished memories.
Our mission is simple; to provide a space that inspires, invigorates, and offers a brief escape filled with hope, joy, and togetherness.
