Support the local and wider community by operating the library of Blythe Bridge & Blythe Centre with an aim to deliver a wide range of activities providing services to help sustain the economic, social and wellbeing of the local and wider community, public and members. Develop services, create opportunities for volunteering, deliver social family support activities and work in partnership to further advance the work of the organisation.

Blythe Centre is a community hub that’s delivering more than an extended library service Our website.
Our volunteering team have a passion for all things community, which is shown in everything we do.

  • A book lending library with public access computers plus broadband availability “membership needed” Extended Digital Hub 
  • Volunteering and Training opportunities
  • As a Crafting Community Hub you could become creative at one of our Arts and Crafts groups
  • Computer courses
  • Toddler, Baby and Family groups 
  • You could join a group of needle enthusiasts to knit, crochet, quilt and sew.
  • Attend an event - We do lots from: Theatre, Music, Quizzes, Wine Tasting and other socials
  • Stretch your skills in chess, backgammon or other games. 
  • IT Buddy help
  • Join a reading or creative writing group
