Synopsis:
Zara is a journalist in her early 20s enjoying all the city life London has to offer, when her boss sends her home to get a story about rural life. Returning to the small town seems like a nightmare, and getting anything newsworthy proves impossible- until a mobile candyshop appears. Owned by three mysterious girls, the candyshop attracts masses of approval, but soon causes a chaos that no one saw coming. On the first night of their stay, the candyshop girls infiltrate the town’s asylum and collect the essence of insanity from the patients. They then inject this into their sweets and sell them at their latest quaint destination, as mapped out by their master the Devil. With a new batch of unsuspecting customers, The Candyshop Girls are ready to serve up the most disturbing fates to the most innocent of citizens.

Written and to be Directed by Mel Blake and Produced by Oliver Richards as their Masters degree will conclude with this film, and many of the crew are part of the BA, our overall goal is to make a film we can look back at and be proud off, as well as give the opportunity to many undergraduates to also work on an ambitious film that they will remember for the remainder of their studies at Falmouth University
