Promote for the public benefit the improvement of access to Bishop Wordsworth's School by outreach to primary schools and provision of bursaries to encourage disadvantaged pupils to apply for admission and to support costs of uniform, extracurricular activities and transport. Support the School through the provision of grants to improve the built environment , estate and educational experience.
Donate to this charity
The Foundation maximises access for financially disadvantaged pupils to attend the school supporting them with uniforms and travel costs. We also support the School with raising funds for capital projects.
Former alumni and friends of the School are the trustees and we seek to connect with alumni.
