The Bee Crafty Studio

Like many small businesses I’ve had to adapt to survive the last few months, it’s certainly been a trying time but I am so grateful for the continued support from customers both old and new.  I made the decision to close my shop premises in order to survive and will now be based from my home in Aberdeenshire, however, I need a dedicated space at home and my family and I have started work on this.

The Bee Crafty Studio is the space, a bright fresh studio surrounded by peace and quiet and beautiful countryside. I’ve used every penny I had to get the studio to the stage it is at now,  and we’ve worked so incredibly hard over the last few weeks and now have all the framework in place and materials ready for the next stage. However, this is when I start to need some support!

The next huge purchase is the external steel cladding, then materials for the interior such as plasterboard and flooring. Your donations would help to fund this, as unfortunately, due to business being quieter than usual I do not have the funds I’d liked to have had. I really need to get the studio finished as soon as possible then I can invite customers here to get creative and get back to doing what I love so much. 

I’ve sourced lots of materials such as windows and doors second hand as I’ve always been a fan of reusing things and also love the fact that it saves money.  All the work has been done by family, my husband has spent far too many hours watching YouTube videos in order to learn new skills.

Your support would mean the world to me, I’ve worked pretty hard over the last few years to get my business to where it is. I’ve got an amazing customer base and can’t wait to have a space to welcome them back. We are so close to this now, but just need a little help. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. Xx
