Aim: Provide a copy of The ultimate sen journal to every SENDCO in the Lincolnshire district to thank them for their support

 THE BIG SENDCO THANK YOU INITIATIVE 

Children with SEND often face unique challenges that require meticulous planning and individualized strategies. SENDCos play a pivotal role in coordinating these efforts, yet they often lack dedicated, user-friendly resources to streamline their work. This project addresses that gap by equipping SENDCos with robust tools that promote consistency, organization, and proactive intervention. Furthermore, the journals serve as empowering resources for children, giving them a voice in their learning journey and fostering independence. SENDCOs work tirelessly supporting vulnerable children & their families in more ways than they are paid too because they care about supporting the child in need. THE RORA Project wants your help in The Big sendco thank you initiative to provide a copy to every sendco in the Lincolnshire district. Help us reach target by august so every sendco has a copy on their desk by the new academic year

All journal will be sent to print august 2025 and dispatched to sendcos directly September 2025 as long as we can meet our target.
