Hi, I’m Shane, a third-year university student. This year, I’ve set myself one of the biggest physical and personal challenges of my life: climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak, to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust.
Teenage Cancer Trust is a charity that provides vital care and support to young people facing cancer, ensuring they don’t go through it alone. As a young adult myself, this cause really resonates with me. I can’t imagine how tough it must be for teenagers to face such a life-altering diagnosis, and I want to do something meaningful to help.
The climb will take place in August, and every step I take up that mountain will be driven by your support and the knowledge that it’s helping young people get the care and community they need. All funds raised go directly to the charity, and I’m happy to share verification documents and fundraising details to show that this is a genuine charitable effort.
Please consider supporting me, whether by donating, sharing my page, or spreading the word. Every contribution makes a real difference.
Thank you so much for being part of this journey!
