This is fabulous and should be at the heart of every school, leadership team and individual. You cannot our from an empty cup. Look after your self and then you can give so much to others.

A well needed and thoughtful idea- wellbeing needs to be put under the noses of all school leaders and this is a great way to empower teachers to put themselves first
