Receiving additional funding would allow us to extend the project duration, enabling us to provide stronger and more sustained support to the children who desperately need our help.
At Eat, Learn, Thrive, we believe every child deserves the chance to grow, learn, and succeed, no matter their circumstances. The cost-of-living crisis is hitting families hard—parents are struggling to put food on the table, let alone provide tutoring or life skills. This leaves children hungry, unsupported, and unprepared for the future.
Our team, made up of passionate volunteers—many of whom have overcome poverty themselves—created Eat, Learn, Thrive to give children the tools to break this cycle. Twice a week, for 24 weeks, we will provide free nutritious meals alongside practical sessions in cooking, basic financial literacy, and homework support.
With the £20,000, we’ll cover fresh food, educational materials, and program delivery in a safe, nurturing space. Children will leave fed, focused, and equipped with real-world skills that empower them to thrive today and take control of their financial wellbeing tomorrow.
