South Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind
South Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind is a dedicated local mental health charity which offers active referrals, information, and support to those experiencing poor mental health in South Warwickshire and Worcestershire. Our vision is a society where people with mental health distress can live free of stigma, discrimination and achieve their own personal mental wellbeing. We deliver person-centred support to individuals experiencing low-level mental health issues right through to those in crisis; to help them gain a greater understanding of their illness, triggers and coping strategies, and encourage peer support networks ultimately working towards building resilience and recovery. Some of our services include on-one-one support, support groups, and Mental Health First Aid training for employers and employees, as well as more community-based provision.

Where does my donation go?
As a charity we generate our own income, so your kind support allows us to continue to grow and deliver our services to those within our community who need it most. All the money you raise, will stay within South Warwickshire and Worcestershire and directly benefit your local community and the services on offer for those struggling with their mental health.
