About Stop.Breathe.Think
Stop.Breathe.Think is a free mental health service offering 1-1 counselling to young people across the UK. There are no wait times and young people are matched with counsellors who specialise in their needs. We’re able to ensure that any young person who would like to talk can get the right, targeted support they need.
About Snow Camp
Snow Camp is a snowsports programme for young people. Working at indoor snow centres across the UK, young people learn how to ski or snowboard alongside life skills training, qualifications and mental health support. As part of their training young people also experience the mountains for the very first time on an annual residential. This is the pinnacle for the young people, after a year of hard work they spend a week in the mountains shadowing instructors and gaining valuable snow experience.
