Swim for Shiva Life School

I am doing a Wild Swim in the fresh waters of Sale Water Park on Saturday 14th May to raise money for the Shiva Trust Life School. 

The Shiva Trust have supported me and my family consistently. They support the most vulnerable people from all walks of life with their mental health and life circumstances.

Help me to help then do more with more people.

The money I raise will provide life skills support to the poorest communities. Training will be provided in : 

• emotional management
• employability skills
• community development 
• exercise
• self-care activities
• career and work-life support
• and most importantly family support

For the last two years during Covid19, Shiva Trust has worked tirelessly every day serving some of the communities in the UK who were hardest hit.
