Aim: I am raising money for a charitable cause that is very important to me so please donate and help me reach my target.
I have chosen to challenge myself and sign up to participate in the Swansea Bay 10k on the 15th of September 2024 to raise money for the St David's Hospice in Newport.
On the 18th of April this year, Adam sadly passed away in hospital at the age of 53 after a short battle with cancer. This came as a major shock to us all. Great support was given by the team at The Grange University Hospital and St David's Hospice in Newport.
To anyone who knows me, you will know that I certainly have never been a runner so this will push me to my absolute limits.
Anything you can contribute towards helping me achieve my target will be massively appreciated.
